- Our physical power is developed through the yoga poses resulting in an improvement of the body's natural strength and health.
- Our mental power (willpower) is disciplined during the practice as it clears the mind of unorganized thoughts and helps us to concentrate on a single task.
- Our spiritual power, the driving force behind physical and mental power, is nurtured allowing us to master our thoughts and actions.
