Everyone is welcome to join us regardless of physical ability, age and experience.

Our aim is to promote well being, physically and mentally, by reducing the effects of stress and encouraging free movement in the body as well as improving strength and flexibility.
Please arrive at least 5 mins before the class is due to start to avoid disturbing the other students.
NB For hygiene reasons I do not have kit for you to borrow; bring your own or buy it at class.

Which one to choose? The classes vary in content and pace, so it is important to choose a class to suit you: please ask if you need advice especially if you are new to yoga or not 100% fit.
Tuesday is the easiest then classes get progressively more challenging during the week.
* Prana Flow (suitable for all levels) is 'yin' in nature, ie slow & meditative, concentrating on stretching and toning the body: ideal if you want a less strenuous more spiritual practice.
* Vinyasa Flow (intermediate level) is faster and more challenging than Prana Flow but very accessible to students who have a regular practice. A good extra class.
* Power Yoga
is the most difficult class - it is physically challenging with a faster pace and 'yang' in nature working on strength and stamina as well as flexibility. You do not need to be experienced, as everyone works to their own level, but you do need to be familiar with the asanas and confident in your practice. It is a great workout and fun.
* Beginners and students with reduced mobility - there is no dedicated class but Tuesday is the easiest; contact me if you are unsure that there is a class suitable for you.
* Private tuition is available by appointment. These classes are to prepare you for a group class and/or to work on specific poses which challenge you in your practice. Max 4 students.
