Classes for the rest of 2018 I will be spending the winter at St Francis Bay in South Africa (where I will also be teaching some classes - please email me for class details at St Francis). I will be back in Guernsey for a very short return visit in Nov/Dec when I will be teaching as below **. My last class before I go will be 0n Sunday 16 September at St Peters. While I’m away most classes will still be running so you can continue with your practice. Check the website regularly in case there are any changes to the schedule. Please support these classes so the cover teachers' time is worthwhile. St Peters (Community Hall) Tuesday 9:30 - 10:50 am Prana Flow with Melissa * Thursday 9:30 - 10:50 am Hatha Yoga with Alice Sunday 10 - 11:20am Prana Vinyasa with Melissa (no class 30 Sept) Vale (BLNR) Saturday 10:30 - 11:50am Prana Flow with Melissa (no class 29 Sept & 13 Oct) * Katie usually covers this class for me but she is expecting a baby Oct/November; Melissa has kindly offered to take her place so the class will still run. Prana Flow classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. They are 'yin' in nature, ie slower and more meditative, so are ideal if you are still learning or just want a relaxing practice. Hatha Yoga is more energising but still accessible to everyone. Prana Vinyasa is more 'yang' in nature so is a stronger physical yoga practice. You do not need to be experienced, as everyone works to their own level, but you do need to be reasonably fit and familiar with the poses. Not suitable for Beginners and students with physical restrictions/injuries. Payment: Alice - pay with her tickets or cash. Melissa will accept my tickets or cash. You can buy my tickets from her if you run out.
