You do not need to be experienced, as everyone works to their own level, but you need to have a reasonably fit, and be familiar with the poses.
Not suitable for beginners: students need to learn and practise the poses before trying out this class.

Power Yoga uses the Vinyasa Flow of a traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice in order to tap into our inner core and help us not only to recognize the different levels of power we already possess but also awaken our potential:
- Our physical power is developed through the yoga poses resulting in an improvement of the body's natural strength and stamina.
- Our mental power (willpower) is disciplined during the practice - this clears the mind of unorganized thoughts and helps us to concentrate on a single task.
- Our spiritual power, the driving force behind physical and mental power, is nurtured allowing us to master our thoughts and actions.
