Which class to choose?
Everyone is welcome to join us regardless of physical ability, age and experience.
However, the classes vary in content and pace, so it is important to choose a class to suit you: please contact me if you need advice especially if you are new to yoga or are not 100% fit.
* Prana Flow focuses on flowing postures and stretches to release tension and stress, improve flexibility and balance the body/mind. Ideal if you want a less strenuous/more meditative practice, are less experienced or prefer working slowly.
Tuesday is the gentlest with classes becoming more challenging during the week.
* Vinyasa Flow focuses on dynamic flow and deep stretches. It is more 'yang' in nature, faster and more physically challenging than the other classes: you need to be familiar with the asanas, reasonably fit and practice regularly.
* Beginners and students with reduced mobility - there is no dedicated class; contact me to discuss if there is a class which would be suitable for you: Tuesday is the best one for you.
* Private tuition is available by appointment. These classes are for beginners to prepare you for a group class or, for more experienced students, to work on specific poses which challenge you in your practice. Max 2 students.
