Which class to choose?
Everyone is welcome to join us regardless of physical ability, age and experience.
However, the classes vary in content and pace, so it is important to choose a class to suit you: please contact me if you have not been to my classes before.
* Prana Flow focuses on breathing, postures and stretches which release tension and stress, improve flexibility, and balance the body/mind. Ideal if you want a more meditative practice, or prefer working slowly. Tuesday is the gentlest class.
* Vinyasa Flow focuses on dynamic flow and deep stretches, as well as strength and stamina. It is faster and more physically challenging than the other classes: you need to be familiar with the asanas, reasonably fit and practice regularly.
